Policy

Important to read before purchasing a puppy

  1. First come first serve basis - If you reserve a puppy we WILL NOT sell that puppy for a higher price to someone else. If a puppy is reserved you may not pay higher for it. All you can do is wait and hope the person changes his/her mind and choose another puppy instead. You can ask about a puppy but until we have received a deposit for a puppy will not reserve the puppy for you. If you are waiting for updated pictures it can take up to two weeks for you to receive them and the puppy can still be sold in the mean time.
  2. Deposit rules: 20 percent deposit will reserve a hold on your puppy choice, and lock in the price also.

All Deposits are NON-Refundable unless "WE" can no longer offer the puppy you had reserved. If you change your mind about getting a puppy, then the deposit is non-refundable. Be sure you are ready for a new puppy before sending us a deposit.

We do not accept deposits without notice. Please verify the puppy's availability with us before sending us a deposit. If you do not ask first then you could be sending a deposit for a puppy which is already reserved. Email us or call us to know availability of a certain puppy.

  3. The puppy MUST be paid in full before you receive him/her. We NEVER let a puppy go without full payment.

Klostermans Diamonds Biewer Yorkshire Health Guarantee

This guarantee is to protect both the buyer and the seller. We take great pride, care, and pleasure in sending you a happy, health puppy. Your puppy will be in good health as far as the seller knows. All of our puppies have been seen by a licensed veterinarian several times before you purchase him/her. The puppy will be seen by a licensed vet ten days before you pick up your puppy or before your puppy is shipped to you as well. Feel free to contact us at any time about your puppy or as an adult dog. We love to hear from people that have purchased our puppies. We gladly provide phone and e-mail support for the life of your pet. If, for any reason, you are unable to care for him/her, he or she is welcomed back to our home. We will not be able to refund any money, of course, but they will always have a home to come to.

We guarantee the health of all our puppies sold for one year after date of birth. If the puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening or life altering congenital disorder, we will replace the puppy with one of equal value at such time when one is available. For the owner to receive a replacement puppy, the sick puppy must be returned to the breeder at the owner's expense accompanied by IBC pedigree or other registration papers and a written vet statement describing the cause of death or health condition that occurred.

Disorders covered under this contract include severe hip dysphasia, kidney, heart, and spine conditions that severely limit or alter the life of the puppy or dog. If the puppy dies, a replacement will be offered provided that the owner sends the breeder an autopsy report from a licensed vet stating a congenital defect caused the death. At no time do we refund money, pay vet bills, or pay for transportation.

This guarantee does not cover common conditions such as entropies, loose hips, stenotic nares, skin allergies, retained teeth, worms, or bacterial infections. We do not guarantee patella due to the fact that we do not know what the puppy will be doing when it leaves our home (jumping from beds, etc.).

This guarantee also does not cover if the puppy is injured by accident, neglect, abuse, or problems arise due to breeding. Owners also agree to provide the puppy with preventive care, including but not limited to de-worming, vaccines, heart-worm treatment, and vet checks.

The owner agrees to never chain the puppy or dog, and to give the puppy or dog adequate living conditions and a healthy diet. In order for the health guarantee to remain valid, owners must take the puppy or dog to a licensed vet within 72 hours of receiving the puppy or dog. Mail a copy of the vet statement back to the breeder. For health guarantee to remain in effect and valid, the owner must keep the puppy up-to-date on all vaccines including but not limited rabies, parvo., and distemper. If this puppy or dog is sold, transferred, or given away, the health guarantee will be void. Thank you, and enjoy your puppy.
